1994 Ford Ranger STX 2.3L Hesitation, Surge, Cuts out, Stall
Truck runs fine with scan tool attached in shop. All of a sudden vehicle will idle up, data will clear, it will go from closed loop to open loop, and then everything will come back. All systems test OK. Truck will run for another hour and then repeat pattern.
