2002 Ford Taurus LX 3.0L MIL Lamp on
4 heater circuit codes and a egr code. Fuse 28 is good and i have battery voltage to the heater wire of the o2. When i check voltage with the car running it fluctuates from 3-13 [...] it do that? i never looked at voltage on the heater wire before with it runn...
