
1997 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0L Poor Idle Quality, Surge, MIL Lamp on
Engine idles at ~1400 RPM. Desired RPM is ~665. Commanded
IAC to 0% - ~50 RPM change IAC command stays at 28.13% at
idle - won't go lower TPS 1.15 volts - can not find spec in
Mitchell I found a TPS chart: 0 degree .65 volts 10 degrees
.97 volts and so on..
