1999 Ford Windstar 3.0L 3.0L No Start
Well, you all will like this, 99 winstar bought by a friend of mine at the auction...no start, theft light flashing rapidly, no communication on the scanner even though there is power & ground. It does crank but no injector pulse, fuel pressure or fire. relays...
