1995 Mercury Cougar XR-7 4.6L Surge, Stall, MIL Lamp on
This 95 cougar will not idle. It idles for a few seconds then races up to 1500 then dies. Or it slowly idles down until it dies. Or it wanders around until it dies. It's never the same twice. 02 readings seam ok. All readings fluctuate with RPMs. I'm hoping so...
