Hello all,

Vehicle towed in as a no-crank. Testing shows battery power at starter relay pin 30, starter will crank if jumper wire is installed from pin 30 to pin 87.

Battery power at pin 86 when key is turned to crank.

Pin 85 has high resistance to ground.....
