2004 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor 4.6L Noise
sometimes during Idle and Constantly off Idle a Vibrating noise is coming from the Air cleaner. Like a flutter sound you can feel when accelerating. Ran a duty cycle on the EGR and did not get any change.
