2006 Ford F-150 XLT 5.4L Poor Idle Quality, MIL Lamp on
I am looking for some information on the cam phasers. What does a bad one look like and can you check without a complete tear down? I believe the left one is bad as the spring looks sprung. Any info would be helpful.
