1999 Ford F-250 Super Duty XL 7.3L No Start
hi all. this deisel was a no start, no fuel pump. after testing the pcm was not grounding the fuel pump relay. replaced pcm with a reman, worked for one key cycle and now the same thing. my question is **is there anything that will keep the pcm from grounding ...
