2002 Ford Excursion Limited 7.3L Cuts out, Stall
when cruising at any speed with out cruise control on, vehicle will cut out and not accelerate and tach goes to 0 rpms, let off accelerator and tach will go back to engine rpm and continue down the road and will happen a little later
