1995 Ford E-350 Econoline 7.3L No Power When Cold
has no power when cold warm up it run good glow plug check good. ipr is only 9 to 17% cold. ipr 5 to 30% is all i can get when hot. turbo is reading 29 psi hot and cool it's 17 psi at full throttle. motor got to warm up above 1/4 way and it go to running good....
