2002 Ford F-250 Super Duty Lariat 7.3L No Start
Hello Ford techs. Trying to fix this one for a friend.
Running fine before I touched it. Replaced the hp pump as
it was leaking at the plug lower left. Had to transfer the
IPR to new unit. Now I have a no start. ICP voltage .22
