2001 Lincoln LS 3.0L No Start
The fuel pump has power to it with the key on. There is no continuity to ground at the relay and no ground at the pump even while cranking. I Hve no access to a wiring diagram and wonder if the PCM supplies the ground to the pump. If so, then I would assume th...
