1995 Ford Ranger Splash 3.0L No Start
have no spark or injector pulse. when first cranking have 1-2 seconds of rpm reading cel will go off then come back on when rpms drop off. have all my power and grounds after replacing eec relay still won't start. replaced crank sensor twice checked all wiring...
