1999 Ford Ranger XLT 4.0L No Start
vehicle has new fuel pump &pressure regulator has 65 pounds of fuel pressure with old regulator and some one has made it so it will not regulate straigh through it will not run with a new regulator&willrun with old one but run rich code on both banks
