1999 Ford Explorer XL 4.0L Extended Crank Time
This truck came to me after being at 2 previous shops. It has an extended crank time, sometimes if left long enough will take 20 seconds to start. The fuel pressure drops off fairly rapidly. If I jumper the fuel pump relay it will start instantly. once running...
