2003 Ford Explorer Limited 4.6L No Start
I need a Ford guy to explain to me how the fuel pressure regulator works on this. It has a fuel pressure regulator on the rail, but the return line comes out the filter. The system loses pressure very fast and has an extended crank first thing in the morning, ...
