1995 Lincoln Mark VIII LSC 4.6L Hesitation, Cuts out, Stall, Misfire
Customer brought vehicle to us complaining of hesitation, cutting out, and stalling. Drove vehicle to confirm problems, they are for sure present. Hooked up Scanner and found that the V-Ref. voltage would drop to zero, same for System voltage. At the same time...
