2000 Ford Windstar SE 3.8L Stall, MIL Lamp on
Van stalls when cold. P0171 stored in ecm. I've been over this van and can not find any reason for the stalling or code p0171. No vacuum leaks found, (used smoke machine) o2's working properly, fuel pressure good. I checked TSB's on this code and checked every...
