1994 Ford Taurus GL 3.8L No Start, MIL Lamp on
Car was towed in, crank but no start. Mil light on, scanner will not communicate, radiator fan and fuel pump run KOEO. Spark ok, no injector pulse. Injectors have power but ecm is not grounding injectors. ECM number is [...]. Took covers off ecm, no damage app...
