1999 Ford Explorer XLS 5.0L Long Cranking
After the above repairs the same problem still exists. I
have a hard time believing the injectors are bleeding down,
due to the fact tghat when you restart it there isn't any
black smoke or misfiring from a flooded cylinfer condition.
