1993 Ford F-250 XL 7.3L No Scan Tool Com.
The ECA is only giving out a VREF of .4 volts instead of 5 volts. The ECA also only has 2.8 volts at the self test output terminal instead of 5 volts. There is also no tach activity in cluster however the ac voltage tach signal at ECA is within spec. I have do...
