Hello techs: This truck has a misfire always although it runs fairly well. Codes P0171 and P0174 are present and also P0345 and P0349 related to cam position sensor on bank 2. We replaced VCT solenoid for bank 2 with no difference. We noticed a lot of oil gunk...
