1993 Mercury Sable LS 3.8L Excessive Emissions, Hesitation, Surge, Cuts out, Stall, Poor Fuel Economy, no power
NO power under load only when hot! When its cold it fine. As soon as it warms up it wont get out of its own way. o2 sensors go full rich when accelerating. SO that rules out anything fuel related, right? No, codes. KOER or KOEO. Ignition 10 degrees base timing...
