1995 Ford Crown Victoria 4.6L Poor Idle Quality
Car came in with no idle. It is acting like the IAC is not working. I am getting no codes. I have installed 2 new Ford IACs with no change. I tested the wiring to the PCM and it is good. I also checked the wire to power and it is ok too. The IAC reading is abo...
