1999 Ford Contour SE 2.0L No Start
Car will not start. Has spark and have checked valve timing because compression was low. We thought timing belt may have jumped. It is good. We discovered car is flooding excessivly. If cylinders are allowed to dry out compression comes up to 125 to 150 range....
