1998 Ford Escort SE 2.0L No Start, Hi Fan always on
Car came in on hook, crank no start. Checked the usual and found the fuel pump circuit had b+ to blue/white wire and good ground at the tank. Fuel pump was dead and replaced with AC Delco unit. Quick fix, right? Wrong. Went to start it and the pump didn't fire...
