2002 Ford Excursion XLT 7.3L No Start
need a little help on this one. the pcm is not grounding the relay to activate it. alldata says that the engine oil temp sensor will make the pcm not ground if eot is over 131f well it is at 68 and then goes up. if you ground out that wire and wait to start it...
