We have a fleet of trucks 3 being F-250 's

I have 4 questions related to O2 sensors

1st according to my scantool I show a HO211 and Ho212,This should mean Bank !sensor 1 and 2 right? Why not HO221?? 2nd acooding to the scantool HO212 is not doing anthing is ...
