This system appears to be working ok, vapor mgnt valve, canister purge valge doing what they should. Fuel tank pressure voltage on scanner is reading low voltage at .34v with vacuum, about 2.6 volts with fuel cap off. fuel cap is ok. the tank is collapsing und...
