2000 Ford Focus LX 2.0L Key Lock
hello techs ; cannot get ignition key out of steering column lock, unless 30 amp ign. fuse is removed from under hood relay - fuse box .looked in archives none , never seen any thing like this before would appreciate any help on this fracas.
