1995 Mercury Mystique LS Young America 2.5L No Start
this vech has no spark. no PIP signal out of the ICM. PIP
stays at a constant 10 volts. crank signal tyop the the icm
is about 3 volts. Have no spark. can some please help me
this one i am pulling my hair out on it.
