1997 Ford Ranger XLT 4.0L Stall, MIL Lamp on
Vehicle stalls very intermitantly. I know the vac leak can and will cause the stalling issue. My concern is that while looking at the PID data on the NGS the CSE GND PID shows 2.38 volts or so, varies by only a few hundredths of a volt. I have checked for volt...
