Vehicle is considered 1994 1/2 model, with TDI. Will not start hot, but cranking speed is good. However, will start easily by pushing/rolling down hill (manual trans).

Vehicle will NOT self-test or communicate with either Snap-on or OTC Genisys under any cond...
