1999 Mercury Sable GS 3.0L Surge, IDLE SURGE-HOT START
Customer complaint is the idle runs too high on hot restarts. RPM reads approx 2000 rpm for about 20 secs on hot restarts. Will return to idle after a total of approx, 30 secs, IAC starts high - 57% and follows the rpm down to 37%. PCM is definitely controllin...
