1997 Ford Thunderbird LX 4.6L No Start
the pcm fuse #15. I've unplugged all devices powered by that fuse according to mitchell wiring diagram. the only thing that stops the fuse from blowing when the key is turned on is the pcm itself. I've tried a new pcm, unpluging fuel pump, inertia switch, inje...
