1997 Lincoln Town Car 4.6L MIL Lamp on
This car sets a P0455 EVAP leak code. I followed the Ford TSBs and smoke checked the system and found no leaks. My flow meter reads very low .020 (.040 required in 97). My scan tools would not allow me to close the vent sol. so I pinched the hose to do the tes...
