1996 Ford F-250 XL 7.3L No Start
Unit was towed in, cranks but will not start, check engine and glow plug light come on and go off. All fuses in cab and in PDM are good and checked with at VOM. Swapped relays, no sucess. Checked IPR hsg-full of oil. Oil pressure gauge on dash comes up after a...
