2000 Ford Contour SE 2.0L No Start
Hi Ford techs This car wont start sometimes since it got cold. After a while it starts. It was towed to a Dealer in Chicago and they said it needed a fuel pump and relay. They gave an estimate at $1200 for that and some other things,really freaking my customer...
