1998 Ford Taurus SE 3.0L Steering Rack
We replaced the rack, pressure hose, and pump with NAPA/A1 components. Insufficient assist now. We have bled the system repeatly using a vacuum pump attached to the pump reservoir. We have checked the voltage at the VAPS solenoid on the rack, it has 14.2 volts...
