2003 Ford Crown Victoria LX 4.6L Power Assist
Looking for a little help diagnosing the power assist on this unit.. Ive replaced the power assist rack and pinion, power steering pump and flushed the system. I still get this bind or skip type feel turning as if the assist kicks in for a second and out again...
