1999 Ford Windstar LX 3.8L Rear Temp Control
customer concern is no rear cold air when front or rear A/C
set cold, refrigerant system fully functional otherwise,
front temps and outlet controls normal, rear fan,and outlet
mode functional, rear aux. blend door actuator not
moving-fixed in full hot mode.
