Has vigorous airflow from HVAC vents in recirculate, but minimal flow otherwise (less than 20% as much). Modes and blower operate properly. Air mode actuator on scanner reads 0% whether on fresh or recirc, but clearly is moving the recirc/fresh door. I sus...
