2002 Lincoln Town Car 4.6L Blower
Checked all fuses to blower checked ok, wiring checkes ok but when you turn on blower both wires are hot, and using a power probe the blower housing is hot. Touch power probe to housing and hit ground button and blower works. Is it the control head or module. ...
