1997 Volkswagen Cabrio High Line 2.0L Spedo and Tach
The speedometer and tachometer work intermittently. I have hooked up a scantool and have a rpm signal and a vehicle speed while driving. Tested wires at the cluster and have a signal. But nothing while hooked up except a little vibration in the tach. I believe...
