2003 Volkswagen Jetta TDI 1.9L turbo
checked vacuum and replaced most all lines feeding the turbo and actuator assembly, actuator is moving approx. 3/4 of an in and out when under a load but car feels like no power and just black smoke.. removed hoses and turbo spins free but at my wits end to be...
