2007 Mini Cooper 1.6L Cooling Fan
Cooling fan will come on at the proper temp (108 deg) but
does not turn off unless the car is shut off and restarted.
The coolant temp on the scanner goes down to 86 or so, but
the fan still runs, even with AC/Defrost off.
