
2001 Volkswagen Passat GLS 2.8L Engine
We just completed replacing cam seals, timing belt, belt
tensioner, and PCV valve. Now as engine idles, there is a
whistling noise that slowly builds. When we remove the
engine oil filler cap, it like trying to open a stuck cap
on a jar.
