2000 Volvo V40 1.9L No Crank
Vehicle was towed in from another shop. vehicle is a no crank no start. we scanned vehicle with Vida and the IMM and ECU are not on the network/not responding. all fuses test good with test light. I have switched power for crank signal at the 24/20 plug behind...
