1999 Volvo C70 2.4L Starting
Vehicle towed in a couple of weeks ago for a no crank. Checked all fuses and had the starter replaced do to failing hammer test. Did not start after replacement so tried with new relay and ign. switch. still no crank. Relay has 12v key on pin 30 and 12v at pin...
